Line 4 is the right one – WEBERZEILE is located between Claudistraße and Eislaufgasse – but is not mapped out yet.
ATTENTION the busses go every 30 minutes.
It’s 12 minutes walking.
There is no fixed taxi booth – you can pre-reserve from Mr. Taninger +43 664 88868201.

Due to competitive exclusion reasons with our official MODEPALAST sponsors it is NOT allowed to present or distribute ANY commercial or advertising spam of any third party at all, not even at your own booth. Please take that seriously, it will be checked!
We kindly ask all of you not to apply any SALE signs, neither on your stands nor on your collections.
There are no walls at Weberzeile!
Please take utmost care that all decoration material (cloth, cardboard, carpets, posters etc.) is flame-resistant (conforming to class B1). In case the decoration material is not flame-resistant (i.e. no proof like e.g. a certificate and / or an invoice is available) it may have to be removed in case the relevant authorities complain. The authorities may even issue a ban for the entire exhibition if the requirements are not met. This is why we urge you to meet these requirements and highly recommend using only specifically treated decoration material. Moreover, you should be able to provide evidence (a certificate, a bill etc.) that the material you use conforms to class B1. In case you cannot provide any certificate it would be wise to always have a treated sample at hand. In case of an inspection this sample may possibly be lit in order to check if the material used has been treated. Thus, your decoration material must be able to pass a fire test on the spot, i.e. it must not burn and on no account drip off burning.
The architecture of MODEPALAST and all of the designer’s booths are predefined.
It is NOT possible to bring your own desks, clothes racks, other furniture or roll-ups.
Exceptions are, of course, decoration objects, mannequins and storage.

We suggest bringing your own beautiful, decorative boxes as storage option for your collections. They should be placed below the clothes racks or under the table.
Hangers, mannequins and bags need to be brought along by each designer.
ATTENTION! Only flame-resistant decoration objects are allowed!
There will be many changing rooms with mirrors spread all over the event space.
Naturally, booths have to be clean at all times. That should be in your own interest!

MODEPALAST offers exhibitors coming from abroad a central EC-Cash service. If a customer wishes to pay by card, the client can do so at a centrally located cashier service. Pay Life balances its accounts one month after MODEPALAST and therefore, MODEPALAST will transfer the exact amount to each exhibitor after that period. The fees will be deducted from your money and transferred to your account.
The Pay Life fees will be announced at a later time.
Application fee & unlimited transaction fee: EUR 85,00 excl. VAT will be added to the booth invoice.
AT THE EVENT
During the night the alarm will be set and the hall will be guarded. Yet, the exhibits are not covered by insurance. We recommend arranging exhibition insurance with your own insurance company.
On Friday WEBERZEILE and MODEPALAST invite all designers to Weber’s after opening times – a get together with dinner (included).
There are many restaurants & a Spar supermarket available in the shopping center.
The official opening event will take place on Thursday in the evening at 7:30 PM – 200 VIP guests from surrounding areas – from Salzburg to Linz – are invited.

All visitors can partake in the opening events, there will be a closed area for VIPs. Planed opening is until 10 PM.
Start: Saturday, 02.04.2016 | at 6 PM
No booth shall be cleared prior to the end of the exhibition. Clearance shall take place within the agreed time of clearance. The exhibitor is subject to damage to and in the exhibition area (floors, walls and exhibition architecture…).
Designers are responsible for waste disposal at their booths and for the cleanliness of their booths (floor as well as tables). Cleaning staff of Künstlerhaus will clean the common areas. The disposal of packaging material, waste/trash and other objects left behind will be, dependent on effort, charged with not less than EUR 50,00 excl. VAT and will be sent as an invoice to the exhibitor after the exhibition/fair.
